Throughout this module, you will systematically explore your professional identity by completing a detailed Intake Form, engaging in career-focused personality assessments, and participating in a descriptive-adjectives exercise with your chosen evaluators. This comprehensive data, along with an in-depth personal interview with your coach, will be analyzed to uncover core competencies, values, and career motivators. The purpose of this rigorous assessment process is to help you and your coach synthesize a powerful, authentic personal narrative. This narrative is critical because it will serve as the essential blueprint for articulating your value proposition, effectively shaping and guiding your entire job search strategy, and differentiating you in a competitive market.
