This module focuses on providing you with a structured framework for navigating not just this search, but the future searches you’ll do throughout your professional career. We begin by guiding you through the process of exploring real-world career options and developing practical career entry job targets. We also tackle the major changes happening in the job market, including a critical look at how Artificial Intelligence and automation might disrupt intended career paths, ensuring a focus on the development of adaptable and high-demand future skills. Working alongside your coach, you will analyze the current employment landscape and key hiring trends specific to your target landscape. Upon completion, you will have developed a focused and rationalized job search strategy – your personal target plan – that provides direction for your search process.
