Parent/Payer Note: High-level progress may be shared with a funding parent or guardian. Detailed content is not shared without authorization, except as required by law.

3. AI Use

AI is advisory only, subject to human oversight, and not used to train public models.

4. Communications

Program-related email and SMS may be used. Participants may opt out of SMS by replying “STOP.” Marketing messages are opt-in only.

5. Data Sharing

No sale of personal data. Limited sharing with service providers only.

6. Data Security

Reasonable safeguards are used. Third-party hosting and IT providers support infrastructure.

7. Data Retention

Data retained as reasonably necessary. Inactive accounts may be suspended for security and reactivated upon request.

8. Privacy Rights

Access, correction, and deletion rights apply, including for California residents.

9. Children

Participants under 18 require guardian involvement.
