LaunchPath Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

LaunchPath LLC (“LaunchPath,” “we,” “us”) is committed to handling your personal information with care. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Information you provide directly: Name, email address, phone number, billing information, career materials (resumes, cover letters, professional goals), and any content you submit through the platform or coaching sessions.

Information collected automatically: Device type, browser type, IP address, pages visited, time spent on the platform, and other usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from third parties: Payment processors and platform hosting providers may share transaction or account-related data with us as necessary to deliver services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver and improve the LaunchPath program, communicate with you about your enrollment and progress, process payments, maintain platform security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3. Parent and Guardian Access

If a parent or guardian funded your enrollment, we may share high-level progress updates with them upon request. We will not share detailed session content, coaching notes, or career materials with a parent or guardian without your explicit authorization, except as required by law.

4. AI Tools and Your Data

LaunchPath uses AI-assisted tools to support certain program features. These tools are advisory and subject to human oversight. We do not use your personal data or career materials to train public AI models. If we use third-party AI services that process your data, those providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own model training.

5. Cookies and Tracking

LaunchPath does not currently use cookies or third-party analytics tools to track visitor behavior. If that changes, we will update this section and notify participants in accordance with Section 11.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only with service providers who support our operations, including payment processors, hosting providers, and communication tools, under contractual obligations that prohibit them from using your data for their own purposes. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of LaunchPath or its participants.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and third-party hosting providers with established security practices. No system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to deliver services and meet legal obligations. Platform accounts showing no activity for six consecutive months following curriculum completion may be suspended. You may request reactivation or deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Your Privacy Rights
