This End User Agreement and License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs access to and use of the LaunchPath program, platform, and materials. By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or using LaunchPath, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you are purchasing on behalf of a participant (for example, as a parent or guardian), you represent that you have authority to bind the participant and you agree to be jointly responsible for compliance with this Agreement.

1. Eligibility

LaunchPath is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. Participants under 18 may enroll only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must accept this Agreement on the participant’s behalf.

2. License Grant (Licensed, Not Sold)

LaunchPath grants the participant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use LaunchPath curriculum, frameworks, templates, prompts, AI-assisted tools, and instructional materials (“LaunchPath Materials”) solely for the participant’s personal, non-commercial career development.

LaunchPath Materials are licensed, not sold. No ownership rights are transferred.

3. Access Duration and Scope

Participants are granted ongoing access to the LaunchPath curriculum via the platform, subject to continued compliance with this Agreement.

One-on-one coaching, live sessions, and personalized feedback are time-limited and provided only during the coaching term defined at enrollment. Ongoing platform access does not entitle participants to continued coaching beyond the defined coaching term unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

4. Account Inactivity and Security

For security purposes, LaunchPath may suspend access to accounts that show no activity for a continuous period of six (6) months following completion of the curriculum. Suspension does not terminate access. Participants may request reactivation at any time by contacting LaunchPath.

5. Ownership and Derivative Works

All LaunchPath Materials are the exclusive intellectual property of LaunchPath LLC. Any adaptations or derivative works remain the property of LaunchPath LLC and may not be shared or commercialized.

6. Permitted and Prohibited Use

Permitted downloads may include forms, worksheets, templates, summaries, and participant-generated work for personal use. Redistribution, commercial use, or sharing of any materials is prohibited.

7. AI-Related Restrictions

Participants may not use LaunchPath Materials to train or seed AI systems for public or commercial purposes.

8. Confidentiality

Participants agree to maintain confidentiality of LaunchPath methodologies and materials.

9. Suspension or Termination

LaunchPath may suspend or terminate access for violations, misuse, fraud, or abuse, without refund.

10. Payments and Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds are offered except where required by law.

11. Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement is governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Santa Cruz County, California.

12. Limitation of Liability

LaunchPath LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

13. Modifications

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
